We began this Damascus chef knife set by forging the Damascus 1095 and 15N20 carbon steel to shape.
This ensures optimal grain structure and a keen, long lasting edge.
Both the blade and handle are distal tapered for a perfect balance.
A hand rubbed satin finish lends an heirloom quality.
The wooden handle is set on a distal tapered full round.
